Room rates are variable dependant on season
Room rates are inclusive of a full breakfast selection.

For single night stays during July and August a £5 supplement is payable.

Dogs are charged at £5 per night to cover additional cleaning requirements.
Please consider holiday insurance. A booking whether made verbally or in writing
forms a binding contract for which you are financially liable.

All bookings will be secured by a non-refundable deposit

One nights charge is payable on booking with the balance payable on arrival.
This deposit is non refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Guests have access to the house and lounge throughout the day.
